After that, pay per event, or choose a package by how many events you run in a year. The more events, the less each one costs. Always free for the people you invite.

Invitations and reminders, your attendee list from Humanitix and other ticketing sites, check-in at the door, badges, Live, questions for the host, your agenda and updates, the email the day after, built-in feedback with the totals for you, co-hosting with other organisations, your own page and followers, and listing your events on Conny.
Founding rate
The first 10 organisations to take a package get 25% off their first year.
Tell us you'd like to sign up, and Lian will be in touch to talk it through and set you up. Your package year starts in January 2027. Events in November and December 2026 are free practice runs.
Community rate
40% off every package for community organisations.
Registered charities, incorporated societies, iwi, hapū and marae entities, schools and community trusts get 40% off every package. No application. Just add your charity, society or NZBN number when you sign up.

Can't stretch to that?
A limited number of subsidised places are available each year, at Conny's discretion. It's a short form about who you are and who your events bring together. No financial statements. A council, funder or anyone else can also pay for a group's account.
